The Orange short sleeved shirt is made from a delicate fabric with a luxurious silk-like texture. To maintain it's beauty, dry clean only (hydrocarbon solvent recommended) or lightly steam to remove creases. If ironing, use a maximum temperature of 110°C. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or bleach. Handle with care to preserve the soft, fluid drape of the fabric.

• 📦 Missed Deliveries: After two failed delivery attempts, your order will be returned to Natural Fashion. Any shipping or customs costs will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

FREE Returns

We offer FREE returns on all orders. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

✅ Proof of purchase required

🚫 Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

6️⃣ If your request is approved, you will receive shipping instructions & a return label.

7️⃣ Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange, store credit, or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately, and we will make it right.

If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend:

1. Submitting a return request for your current item.
2. Once approved, making a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.

• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
• A proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

• We will notify you once we receive & inspect your return.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Bank processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@thenaturalfashion.com.
