FREE Returns

We offer FREE returns on all orders. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
✅ Unworn & unused (in the same condition as received)
✅ Tags attached
✅ Original packaging
✅ Proof of purchase required

🚫 Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

 

How to Request a Return

1️⃣ Click on our Return Request Page

2️⃣ Log in to your account:

• Enter your email and click Continue.
• Check your inbox for a six-digit verification code.
• Enter the code in our store to proceed.

3️⃣ Select the order & item(s) you want to return.

4️⃣ Choose a return reason & add a note (mention if you want an exchange).

5️⃣ Click Request Return.

6️⃣ If your request is approved, you will receive shipping instructions & a return label.

7️⃣ Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange, store credit, or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately, and we will make it right.

 

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Sale items & gift cards are non-returnable

❌ COD orders are only eligible for store credit, not refunds

 

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend:

1. Submitting a return request for your current item.
2. Once approved, making a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.

• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
• A proof of purchase is required.

 

Refunds

• We will notify you once we receive & inspect your return.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Bank processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@thenaturalfashion.com.
