Return Policy
In the case of an exchange or refund, the item/s need to be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note:
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds, only exchange or store credit.
- Cash on delivery orders are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Returns are FREE
Submit a Return Request
Click on our Return Request page.
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store (if you want to exchange, please mention this in the notes.)
- Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will either have your new item sent out, or receive store credit or refund.
The process of an exchange request should take 12-14 working days.
The process of a refund request can take up to 18 working days depending on your bank.
If you contact us as soon as possible we will try our very best to amend this for you, but it can't be guaranteed. We recommend entering the correct address when placing your order.
We will not be responsible for any information entered incorrectly.
We do ship internationally. When you spend a minimum of 500 AED, international shipping is FREE.
For UAE orders we have next day and same day delivery available.
For international orders, it will take 3-4 working days.

Delivery attempts are not applicable on Fridays in Islamic countries, Saturdays and Sundays in western Countries or any public holidays in the destination country.
Please Note:
- After 2 attempts of delivery, your items will be returned to Natural Fashion. Any shipping or customs costs will then be deductible from your refund or store credit.
- There may be a variance in delivery times due to customs clearance delays, holiday periods and ramadan.
- You are responsible for entering the correct address and mobile number. We will not be able to refund or provide store credit if we have been given incorrect or missing information.
