We offer FREE returns on all orders. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
✅ Unworn & unused (in the same condition as received)
✅ Tags attached
✅ Original packaging
✅ Proof of purchase required
🚫 Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return

2️⃣ Log in to your account:

Enter your email and click Continue.

Check your inbox for a six-digit verification code.
- Enter the code in our store to proceed.
3️⃣ Select the order & item(s) you want to return.
4️⃣ Choose a return reason & add a note (mention if you want an exchange).
5️⃣ Click Request Return.
6️⃣ If your request is approved, you will receive shipping instructions & a return label.
7️⃣ Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange, store credit, or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately, and we will make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
❌ Sale items & gift cards are non-returnable
❌ COD orders are only eligible for store credit, not refunds
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend:

Submitting a return request for your current item.

Once approved, making a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

A proof of purchase is required.
Refunds

We will notify you once we receive & inspect your return.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
