Return Policy

In the case of an exchange or refund, the item/s need to be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

1. Log in to your account:
2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store (if you want to exchange, please mention this in the notes.)
7. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will either have your new item sent out, or receive store credit or refund.

The process of an exchange request should take 12-14 working days.

The process of a refund request can take up to 18 working days depending on your bank.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for customers in the UAE, Saudi, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain.
