Delivery attempts are not applicable on Fridays in Islamic countries, Saturdays and Sundays in western Countries or any public holidays in the destination country.

 

Please Note:

• After 2 attempts of delivery, your items will be returned to Natural Fashion. Any shipping or customs costs will then be deductible from your refund or store credit.
• There may be a variance in delivery times due to customs clearance delays, holiday periods and ramadan.
• You are responsible for entering the correct address and mobile number. We will not be able to refund or provide store credit, if we have been given incorrect or missing information.
